Forward Progress

Calli has gained 16 pounds since the first of April. She has blossomed into a spirited, energy filled Aussie "puppy" Every now and then, she still has issues with regurgitation, especially with water, for the most part, however, she is leading a "normal" life.

We have discovered that she LOVES the water. She has learned to swim and even puts her head all the way under water to grab at stones, fish, seaweed, or a toy that has submerged. She has also learned to sit in a kayak and although would prefer to be swimming in the water, she seems to enjoy a trip around the lake while I paddle.

She also likes the "Baby Pool" in my parents backyard and even stretches out in it when it is empty!

Can You Dig It?

Calli is now entertaining herself by digging a hole in the dirt. She digs, then runs in circles, plops down in the hole she has dug, gets up,spins around in the hole and then digs some more!
